Handling the Full Range of Disputes

Builder/Homeowner Disputes

If you are a builder, homeowner or belong to an association and are in the midst of a dispute, you may need assistance in discussing the matter in a structured manner. Our volunteer mediators can help the parties work together to obtain a resolution to their matter.

Our staff handles situations where individuals have disputes involving money under $7,500.  Whether you are thinking about filing in small claims court (conciliation court), or you have already filed, give us a call to see how our organization can help resolve your matter.

If you have an employment dispute, our experienced mediators can help to facilitate conversations between the parties.

Family Conflict/Decisions

Making decisions within a family unit can be difficult. Often times, we handle mediations among family members.

Our mediators volunteer in housing court offering mediation services to individuals who need assistance in finding resolutions to their problems.

Neighborhood Disputes

CMS receives referrals with various housing complexes to mediate disputes between neighbors.  Additionally, if you are an individual who is trying to work through a dispute with a neighbor, give us a call to see how we can help.

Shared Parenting

We handle mediations where individuals are trying to rework a parenting time schedule for their child.

Victim/Offender and Harassment

In certain cases, our organization can provide restorative processes for specific types of crimes. Call us to learn more.

Youth/School Conflict

Our organization has contracts with a number of schools in the area. When students have conflicts with one another, if they agree to participate, they may be sent to a restorative mediation to try to work out their problem.

Our offices handle most types of disputes. If you are unsure if your situation could benefit from our services, give us a call and we will see how we can help with your situation.
